Directly opposite the pebble beach, this elegant Victorian property is ideally situated some 150 metres east of the Pier on Eastbourne's glorious seafront, boasting superb views of the English Channel. Perfectly located for the beach, pier, shops, theatres and town centre, the Marine Parade Hotel is also within minutes' walk of the station and the Wintergarden Conference Centre, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. In the evenings, after a long day, you can relax in the Reception Lounge, where you can read the paper, select a book from the bookcase or play cards/table games. Alternatively, you can enjoy a drink in the bar/lounge, which has stunning sea-views.
We normally cater for the coaching market, but when coaches arrive not full, we are able to offer rooms. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and friendliness, so if you are seeking a comfortable stay in clean, basic accommodation, then please continue! Please note that the hotel is strictly non-smoking, and we do not have a car park. There is an NCP multi storey car park approx seven minutes walk away, and limited parking available on the sea front and local side roads. Please note our normal check in is before 10 pm. If you require a later check in, please confirm with the hotel BEFORE making a reservation. Thank you.
By Car:
- Follow the signs to the seafront.
- Head along the coast and 100 yards before the pier you will find the hotel.

By Train:
Either take a taxi from the stand directly outside Eastbourne station, or walk to the seafront, then turn left and you will find the hotel just past the pier.

Standard Double Room

These rooms are small rooms and are at the rear of the hotel.

Family Room

Our family room contains a double bed and a single bed. We can add a further camp bed, but it makes the room a bit cramped - please phone us for details. Our family room has a partial sea view. Dinner available on request.

Sea View Single Room
