The East Beach Hotel is a unique and elegant detached Victorian building situated in prime position on Eastbournes Promenade with fine sea views and views of the South Downs, a comfortable stroll to the Pier.
All of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities and over half have calming view of the sea. We have added a new four poster room and a luxurious Suite. Most of the bedrooms can be accessed by lift, and many have access to the balcony. The East Beach Hotel offers a relaxed and friendly style of hospitality. An ideal place for a break by the sea. Undergoing refurbishment to its former Victorian Splendour. Our spacious Sun Lounge or beautiful award-winning Patio Garden are excellent for relaxation. We have two well stocked bars open throughout the day, and a state of the art Entertainment system and offer Live Entertainment on selected nights. ''Home cooked'' English Cuisine is served in the elegant recently restored Dining Room.
By car: From the A22, A27, A259, head for the seafront: we are 500 metres east of the Pier.
By train/bus: We are a 20 minute walk from Eastbourne Railway/Coach station or a 5 minute taxi ride (cost approx 3-4 pounds).

King-Size/Twin Room

This is a twin bedded room that can also be arranged as a super king-size bed. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a new en-suite. Uninterrupted sea views. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Complimentary newspaper.

Family Room

A very light, tastefully furnished double/twin bedded room (please state if twin is required) with a smaller single room on the side, sharing en suite facilities with Gilchrist and Soames toiletries. You can enjoy stunning sea views.

Superior Sea View Room

Each of these beautiful rooms has one large king-size bed. The rooms are also available with 2 twin beds, if requested in advance.<BR><BR>In addition to the facilities listed below, these rooms also include luxury toiletries and bathroom products from Gilchrist and Soames.

Superior Rear View Double Room

These recently refurbished rear view double/twin rooms (please state if twin required) have a new en suite bathroom with Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, and some offer views of the Sussex Downs.

A no-frills style room, for those just wishing to have a bed for the night.

Executive Room

A beautiful room with fantastic sea views. <BR><BR>It offers more space than a superior room and has high ceilings. The room includes an LCD TV and Gilchrist and Soames toiletries.

Luxury Suite

These luxurious suites offer panoramic views of the seafront. In addition to the facilities already listed (see below), these suites include beautiful furnishings, a 32 inch plasma-screen TV, a heart-shaped jacuzzi bath for 2, an additional TV in the bathroom, Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, and a separate shower.
