Brayscroft House is a four star GOLD award property in the fashionable area of lower Meads, west of the pier and a short walk from the Downs and cliffs.
The Brayscroft House is only a hundred metres from the prettiest part of the seafront that has palms and pine trees leading down to the sea. We consider the seafront as our garden - so you can enjoy an early morning walk without any car journey. We have six bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, all are well furnished with mostly antiques. Most of the bedrooms have flat screen televisionsDVDmulti channels. Wireless internet is available for your PC. Breakfasts are scrummy with fruit, nuts, cereal, full English or a fish alternative. We are well situated for the theatres, Devonshire Park Tennis and the South Downs Way leading to Beachy Head, we are a 10 minute walk from the town. There are a variety of good restaurants nearby. There are no sea views from the house. Parking is unrestricted in the quiet road. Non smoking.
From the A22 follow the seafront directions. Wit the pier on your left travel towards the downs, just past the Grand Hotel on your right go up slight hill that runs parallel with Grand Parade called South Cliff, then turn first right into South Cliff Avenue. We are half way down on the right. There is a direct train to Eastbourne from Gatwick Airport.
